Findings from the sweep
Finding 01 · The reputation paradox

Perfect ratings, thin proof

The median firm holds a 5.0 rating but only 11 reviews, and 46.5 per cent show the same paradox of high scores on shallow review volume. A top-quartile firm carries around 30 reviews, so the gap is not sentiment but scale. Ratings this uniform give prospects little to compare, blunting their value as a decision signal.

Finding 02 · Missing from search

Six in ten barely register

Approximately 59.6 per cent of firms fall into the low-traffic band, and 38.8 per cent are effectively invisible in search based on third-party estimates. A median domain authority of 8 leaves most sites with little standing to compete for discovery. Reputation cannot convert clients it never reaches.

Finding 03 · A widening split

Growth and decline run neck and neck

Some 53.3 per cent of firms are growing while 44.2 per cent are declining, and 96 have collapsed outright this quarter. The cohort is not moving as one but splitting into two trajectories. The near-even divide suggests digital momentum, once lost, is difficult to recover.

Finding 04 · The conversion gap

Websites that do not close

Nearly half the cohort, 49.7 per cent, sits in the digital bottom, and WordPress alongside a large share of undetected or absent platforms points to under-built web presence. With a median score of 45.8, most firms have room to strengthen site foundations. Reputation and search both stall when the destination fails to convert.
